Tutku Fabric is a knitted fabric sourcing and marketing partner based in Kahramanmaraş. Rather than knitting in our own plant, we plan the lines of production partners we have worked with for years around the needs of your collection. We run the whole sourcing process, from sample development to quality control and shipment, through a single point of contact.

Alongside core structures such as single jersey, two- and three-thread fleece, rib, cashcorse and interlock, we work with piqué variants, waffle, ottoman, selanik, punto milano, punto di roma and double face double-bed constructions. For every fabric in the catalogue we share the typical weight, width and composition ranges. If the structure you need is not listed, we propose alternatives built on similar constructions.

Simply send us the fabric name, your target weight and the intended end use through the quote form or by e-mail. We send the suitable swatch cards we hold and, where needed, start a bespoke sample study together with our production partner. Once the sample is approved, the same recipe is recorded as the reference for bulk production.

There is no single fixed minimum; it depends on the fabric construction, the number of colours and the dyehouse batch size. Once we receive your enquiry we check with the relevant production partner and clearly share the range that applies to your project. For small collection trials we prefer to look for a solution through stock colours.

Quality control is not a one-off step after production ends; it is a flow that runs from sample approval to shipment. Weight, width, hand and visual defect checks are made on the greige knit, after dyeing and before dispatch, and we work with independent laboratories for the physical tests you require. When a non-conformity appears we review it with you before the lot ships.

For a sound quotation we ask for the fabric type, target weight, width preference, composition, colour and approximate quantity. If you have a swatch or a reference fabric, that speeds up the right match noticeably. Where details are missing we ask the questions ourselves and come back with a few suitable alternatives.

Yes. The ranges in the catalogue are typical values; different weight and hand targets can be worked by changing the yarn count, machine gauge and finishing recipe. For cotton, viscose, modal, polyester and elastane blends we run a trial knit with our production partner and assess the result together on the sample.

Lead time is set by the fabric construction, the number of colours and the dyehouse schedule; we give a realistic date at order confirmation and keep you informed as production advances. Domestic shipments go through contracted carriers, while for exports we work according to the delivery terms the customer prefers. Lot-based labelling keeps it traceable which production batch the arriving fabric came from.

Through production partners that use certified yarns and work in certified facilities, we can supply knitted fabric containing organic cotton and recycled fibre. For such requests it matters to clarify the scope and validity date of the certificate at the start of the project. We deliver the documents you request together with the shipment file.

Yes, we work with brands and garment manufacturers abroad. We correspond in both Turkish and English and share technical documents and quality reports in the same two languages. Export paperwork, packaging and labelling requirements are planned together with you at the order stage.
